Having a defined culture that is vibrant and real doesn’t just happen, it needs to be planned

Through a planned and delivered cultural plan and an engagement workstream ‘Love our Employees’ we increased employee engagement from 58% to 81% in 2 years and reduced turnover from 42%  to12%. 

 

Embedding a ‘new’ culture involves engagement at all levels of the organisation and starts with buy in and role modelling from the most senior level.
